About Us
Sundersizers is a B2B Jacquard saree and fabric manufacturer, wholesaler, and exporter based in Surat, Gujarat, India. We supply premium Jacquard sarees and fabrics to wholesale buyers, retailers, boutiques, exporters, and brands across India and globally.
Products & Pricing
- All product images, descriptions, and specifications on this website are for reference purposes only.
- Actual product colors, fabric finish, and design may slightly vary from images shown on the website.
- All pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order.
- GST, shipping charges, and other applicable taxes will be communicated separately at the time of order confirmation.
Orders & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- All orders are subject to minimum order quantity (MOQ) as communicated by our sales team.
- Orders are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment or agreed payment terms.
- Custom design and private label orders require additional lead time as communicated at the time of order.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms are agreed between Sundersizers and the buyer prior to order confirmation.
- Accepted payment modes include bank transfer, RTGS, NEFT, UPI, and other modes as mutually agreed.
- Orders will be processed only after advance payment clearance unless credit terms have been mutually agreed upon.
Shipping & Delivery
- Dispatch timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation and are subject to production schedules.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics partners.
- For export orders, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges at the destination country.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the logistics partner.
Returns & Cancellations
- All sales are final. Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect product dispatch.
- Any claims for defective products must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Order cancellations after confirmation and advance payment may attract cancellation charges.
- Custom design and private label orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product images, designs, logos, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Sundersizers. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Sundersizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.
